Who am I?

Possessing a warm and friendly personality, I pride myself in being an individual who values and respects others at all times. Having a sensitive and non-judgmental approach, enables me to build lasting relations with clients which puts them at ease. I strongly believe in equality- respecting people from all backgrounds and walks of life; treating them in a polite, fair and professional manner. Offering excellence in my service as an ex Professional Footballer, Personal Trainer and MMA Fighter.

I have been a keen sportsman and fitness enthusiast since a young age. At the age of 15, I played professional football full-time, here in England. My football career lasted for many years; I ended up playing abroad for an international team. Whilst playing football I studied for a Diploma in sports.

Since then, I have perused my studies and have acquired a level 2 in Gym Instruction and a level 3 certificate in NVQ Personal Training. I have, and am still currently fighting on the MMA circuit and have fought not only in the U.K but also in South Africa, training with their top professional fighters, but in Albania and Italy as well.

From my experience of travelling to and working in different countries with some of the world’s best trainers/coaches and sportsmen, I have learnt and gained skills and expertise in: football fitness, expert in MMA fighting fitness and interpersonal relationships, among many others.

I have trained and coached for many purposes in my career. My expertise range from: weight-loss, body toning, strength, general fitness, endurance training, body- building, MMA fighting, football- skills and fitness to body weight- training.

I am a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription & instruction. I will motivate my clients by setting goals, providing feedback and accountability to them. I will also measure my client's strengths & weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise.   • I am very flexible and able to meet clients at home, at the gym or even at the park.
  • Perform body fat analysis, fitness level diagnosis and nutritional consulting.
  • Develop individualised training plans based on BMI, conditioning and customer goals.
  • Schedule individual or couple personal training sessions and assist with group training.
  • Instruct clients on optimal utilisation of fitness equipment and proper form on exercising.
  • Monitor and document clients progression and health status. Periodically checking conditioning levels.
  • Make sure the client is kept informed and up-to-date with general health and nutrition guidelines.
  • Evaluate new clients by diagnosing their physical condition & health status.
